Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to provide crucial speech and language pathology assistant services within a supportive school environment near South San Francisco, CA. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you will work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists to deliver intervention and support for students with communication challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid and current SLPA license or certification as required by the state of California
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs

  • Prepare therapy materials, set up activities, and maintain a clean and safe therapy space
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with teachers and staff for student support
