What youll bring to this role:
- Active SLPA license for Missouri
- Preferred experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Eagerness to support diverse student populations
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized and group speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Supporting students IEP goals and development in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collecting data and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support communication strategies in the classroom
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities as required
