Job Description

This onsite contract position offers the chance to work closely with K-12th grade studentsprimarily at the elementary leveldelivering speech-language services to a focused caseload of approximately 20 students at a single school. As an integral part of the educational team, your expertise will help students communicate confidently and reach their academic potential throughout the full 2026/2027 school year, running from August through June.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA certification
  • Possession of the California PPS Credential
  • Prior experience working in a school setting or with a similar age range is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

What Youll Do:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to assigned students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement therapy plans and activities tailored to individual IEP goals
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed, confidential records
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings when needed and receive ongoing supervision and mentorship
