Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold an active or eligible SLPA license for California
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Energetic, adaptable, and genuinely motivated by student progress
- Able to follow written protocols and therapy plans as guided by SLP supervisors
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech-language treatment sessions under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Document students progress and maintain accurate records
- Prepare activity materials and assist with screenings or assessments
- Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student success
- Participate in meetings and ongoing training as needed
