A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available at a school in Redding, CA, on a contract basis. This role supports licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech therapy services to students, assisting with assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support students during therapy sessions to improve communication skills.
• Prepare and maintain therapy materials and documentation.
• Monitor and report student progress.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student communication needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certification or licensure.
• Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and youth.
• Familiarity with speech therapy techniques and education-based interventions.
