Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid registration with the North Carolina speech board, or eligibility for full/temporary SLPA registration
• Prior experience delivering therapy and documenting services in a school setting
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office for efficient communication and documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across age groups (specific caseload details to be determined after hire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress, attendance, and communications with staff and families
• Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school-based activities as required
• Monitor and support generalization of communication skills within educational settings
