Key Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
• Current SLPA licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state

Role Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of speech and language therapy as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Work directly with students to reinforce speech, language, and communication skills using established plans
• Document student progress and prepare materials for therapy sessions
• Assist with screening and data collection as required
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with school policies and professional standards
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
