Take your career to the next level as a School-Based SLPA supporting K-12 students across multiple sites near Pilot Rock, OR! This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through direct therapy with a diverse caseload spanning elementary through high school.

Youll work onsite full-time, 37.5 hours per week, for the academic year (185 days), with responsibilities that include providing direct speech and language therapy and potentially attending IEP meetings. The role covers three different schools, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a range of students and educational teams while building your experience and professional network.

Your qualifications:

• Active Oregon SLPA license required
• Previous school-based experience highly valued
• Familiarity working with K-12 populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite and remote staff
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple school settings and caseload needs

Core duties:

• Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
• Support assessment and data collection activities
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and special education teams
• Participate inor prepare materials forIEP meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Engage positively with students, staff, and families
