Job Description

In this role, youll collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams to help students achieve their communication goals. You will work a consistent schedule of 37.5 to 40 hours across five days each week, allowing you to form strong connections with students and staff alike.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona SLPA license
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card (required for school settings)
  • Previous experience as an SLPA in educational or healthcare settings is a plus
  • Comfortable working with children from PreK through middle school
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech and language services to students
  • Assist with documentation of student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as appropriate
