Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility as an SLPA in Washington State
• Experience working with school-age children, preferably in an educational or pediatric setting
• Solid understanding of articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Ability to follow therapy plans and document progress
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and therapists
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language interventions developed by supervising SLPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual formats
• Assist with evaluating student progress and documenting outcomes
• Prepare materials for therapy sessions and support classroom communication needs
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and coordinate care for assigned students
• Support students in developing communication strategies that enhance both learning and social engagement
