Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Commitment to professional and compassionate care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist certified Speech Language Pathologists in implementing direct and indirect therapy services
- Carry out individualized treatment plans with students, focusing on speech, language, and communication goals
- Document student progress and report observations to supervising clinicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in school meetings as needed
- Adapt to diverse learner needs within the elementary school environment
