Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathology Assistants enthusiastic about school-based work! Openings are available for three contract positionstwo full-time and one part-timesupporting students in a collaborative, educational environment beginning August 12, 2026, and extending through May 28, 2027.
The two full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) offer a dynamic experience split between elementary and middle school settings, empowering you to make a significant impact across different age groups. The part-time role (3 days weekly) encompasses both middle and high school students, fostering growth and communication at multiple developmental stages. All opportunities are located within one building for efficient and seamless transitions throughout your day.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Prior school-based SLPA experience highly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with SLPs, educators, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations across age ranges
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, hands-on speech and language interventions under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Support development and progress toward student IEP goals
- Maintain precise session notes and participate in regular team meetings
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to promote student success
- Employ creative strategies to motivate students and encourage participation
