Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active SLPA licensure (preferably in California)
- Experience supporting students in prek-8th grade is highly desirable
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services to students from preschool through 8th grade
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized plans
- Assist in assessments, therapy sessions, and progress tracking
- Foster inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments for all students
