Desired Background and Skills:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility in Kansas required
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm, encouraging approach
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and therapy staff
• Organized and adaptable, able to manage a flexible caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a certified SLP
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions individually and in small groups
• Collect, record, and document data on student progress
• Assist with screening, testing, and materials preparation as needed
• Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for all students
