In this role, youll collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, providing interventions that make a meaningful difference in the academic environment. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active SLPA license or certification required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Ability to implement therapeutic activities as directed by an SLP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with documentation and progress monitoring
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology for school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services under supervision of an SLP
• Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collect data on student progress and maintain accurate records
• Work directly with students one-on-one and in small groups
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, SLPs, and other professionals
• Assist in developing communication materials and activities tailored to student needs
