Make an impact supporting students communication needs within a vibrant K-12 setting. Take on a contract opportunity dedicated to helping speech-language pathologists manage larger caseloads, working under their supervision to directly assist students across multiple schools.

In this position, youll have the flexibility to design your own weekly schedule, balancing time across up to three assigned schools. Your close collaboration with supervising SLPs enables you to deliver direct therapy, track student progress, and help implement individualized treatment plans.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification
• Previous experience in a school environment (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring systems
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services under the direction of a licensed SLP
• Travel between 1-3 school campuses each week, based on your own scheduling
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and communication goals for students
• Collect and accurately document data on student performance
• Communicate observations, concerns, and student progress to the supervising SLP
• Foster positive and supportive relationships with students, staff, and families
