Job Description
Make an impact working with students while advancing your career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a school-based, contract role. Collaborate closely with educators and Speech-Language Pathologists to support student communication needs and help them achieve their fullest potential.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one in Washington State
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and as a supportive member of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Conduct group and individual sessions to support students speech and language development
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare materials for therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a supportive educational environment
- Participate in meetings and professional development relevant to your role
- Assist in maintaining therapy materials and equipment

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $48.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
