Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in Oklahoma
• Experience supporting children and adolescents in a school or educational setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work alongside SLPs, teachers, and staff
• Ability to implement treatment plans, document student progress, and adjust activities as directed
• Capable of fostering an inclusive and encouraging environment for students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Carry out selected speech-language interventions and exercises designed by supervising SLP
• Assist in conducting screenings and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support generalization of skills in various settings
• Contribute to a team approach in addressing students communication goals
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent conferences as needed
