Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license in the state of Texas

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement treatment plans as designed by supervising SLPs
• Comfortable working in a school-based setting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
• Assist in conducting speech and language screenings and assessments
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Support individualized education plan (IEP) implementation and data collection
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
