Job Description

This onsite, contract role allows you to make a meaningful impact by assisting children at a foundational stage in their educational journey.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLPA license
  • Experience working in school settings or with early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation procedures
  • Passion for helping young learners achieve communication milestones

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Pre-K students to implement therapy plans designed by supervising Speech Language Pathologists
  • Monitor student progress and record data to ensure effective interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support each childs communication goals
  • Prepare and organize instructional materials and therapy resources
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by state and school policies
