This opportunity is seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support K-12 students in a school setting. Located in Fort Myers, FL, this contract role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, making it ideal for professionals dedicated to facilitating communication development in school-aged children.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Florida SLPA license is required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators and therapists
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services
- Implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision
- Monitoring student progress and documenting outcomes
- Supporting communication goals across classroom and therapy environments
