Job Description
A Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support students from preschool through 12th grade at multiple school sites. This contract role offers 35 hours per week and continues through April 24th in Murrieta, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing speech and language therapy plans
- Work with students across a wide range of ages and developmental levels (PK-12)
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student communication needs
Qualifications:
- Degree in Speech & Language Pathology or completion of a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program
- Registration or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant with the Speech Language Pathology & Audiology Board
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location:
- Murrieta, CA
- Support multiple school sites within the district
