Job Description

Support Speech-Language Pathology Services in a K-12 School Setting

This contract position offers an opportunity to assist students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade across multiple school sites. Located in Moreno Valley, CA, this role involves a 35-hour workweek supporting speech and language programs in a dynamic educational environment until April 24th.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language assistance to students ages PK-12
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and school staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with educators and families
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs across multiple campuses

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Speech & Language Pathology or certification from a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Program
  • Current registration with the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
