Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license for Colorado
- Experience supporting students in K-12 educational settings
- Familiarity with both school-based and healthcare-focused speech therapy approaches
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collect relevant data for progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student goals are met
- Adapt activities and materials to support each students unique learning style and needs
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communications
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development as required
