Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license for Colorado
• Experience supporting students in K-12 educational settings
• Familiarity with both school-based and healthcare-focused speech therapy approaches
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collect relevant data for progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student goals are met
• Adapt activities and materials to support each students unique learning style and needs
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communications
• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development as required
