A Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available in Houston, TX, serving elementary school students. This contract role offers the opportunity to support speech and language development in a dynamic educational setting, working 37.5 hours per week over five days.

Qualifications & Certifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) certification in Texas
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering individual and group therapy sessions
- Support assessment and documentation of student progress
- Implement treatment plans aimed at improving speech and language skills
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure continuity of care and support student success
