• Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate with teachers, families, and professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Carry out treatment plans and activities designed by the supervising SLP
• Assist in conducting screenings of speech, language, and hearing abilities
• Collect data, document student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Support IEP goals by facilitating assigned communication exercises in individual or group settings
• Engage with classroom staff to ensure consistency in implementing therapy plans
• Attend relevant meetings and professional development sessions as needed
