Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

- Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and caregivers
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech-language therapy activities as directed by the supervising speech-language pathologist
- Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school protocols
- Support students one-on-one and in small groups to foster their communication abilities
- Prepare and organize therapeutic materials and resources
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required by the school
