Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by supervising SLPs
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students speech and language development

- Prepare therapy materials and assist with scheduling sessions
- Provide feedback to SLPs, teachers, and families regarding student performance
- Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines within the school setting
