Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Speech or Communication Disorders (required)
  • Eligible for a valid Virginia SLP license (SLPA licensing not available in VA)
  • Experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support SLPs in delivering direct therapy services to students in diverse school environments
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under SLP supervision
  • Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
