Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads split across elementary, middle, or high school students
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
- Deliver direct intervention to students across two campuses for full-time roles (elementary and middle schools in Highlands Ranch and Parker), or between a middle and high school for the part-time position (Castle Rock and Parker)
- Implement therapy goals and track student progress
- Maintain efficient documentation and participate in team meetings
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
