Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado SLPA license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads split across elementary, middle, or high school students

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Deliver direct intervention to students across two campuses for full-time roles (elementary and middle schools in Highlands Ranch and Parker), or between a middle and high school for the part-time position (Castle Rock and Parker)
• Implement therapy goals and track student progress
• Maintain efficient documentation and participate in team meetings
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
