Exciting opportunities await skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) seeking meaningful, school-based roles in supportive educational environments. We're seeking three dedicated SLPAs for contract positionstwo full-time and one part-timeworking with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings near Lone Tree, CO.

Full-time roles involve supporting students across elementary and middle schools in Highlands Ranch and Parker. The part-time opportunity (three days a week) serves both middle and high school students in Castle Rock and Parker. All positions begin on August 12, 2026, and continue through May 28, 2027, providing ample opportunity to make a sustained impact through the academic year. Each role offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours weekly (for full-time) and guarantees you'll work in just one building for enhanced continuity and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Colorado SLPA licensure required
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Ability to manage diverse student caseloads across grade levels
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability to thrive in dynamic, multi-site environments

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SLPs in the implementation of individualized interventions and therapy plans
  • Deliver small-group and one-on-one support to students with varying speech and language needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals
  • Track student progress and assist with documentation and reporting requirements
  • Take part in continued professional development as needed
