Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active North Carolina SLPA License (required)
- Previous SLPA experience in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for enhancing the communication abilities of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site support and therapy services under SLP supervision
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students goals
- Assist with implementing treatment plans, documenting student progress, and maintaining accurate records
- Adapt to two district backfill assignments (details to follow) as school needs evolve
