Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Idaho SLPA license is required
• Prior experience as an SLPA in a school setting preferred

• Ability to adapt to and respect Waldorf educational principles
• Collaborative spirit and a passion for working with children in grades K-8

Role Expectations:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K-8 students as directed by a supervising SLP
• Support student progress by implementing intervention strategies and assisting with therapy sessions
• Record and monitor student progress, assisting in documentation and reporting as needed
• Foster positive relationships with students, educators, and families
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
