Key Qualifications:
- Current Texas SLP or SLPA license
- Experience working in a school setting preferred (K-12 caseload)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
- Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist supervising Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering services to students
- Implement speech and language therapy plans in both individual and group settings
- Collect data for progress monitoring and update records in compliance with school standards
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students communication needs in the classroom
- Participate in meetings and training as requested by the school team
- Maintain a professional, confidential approach to student information
