Exciting opportunities await for dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) seeking to make an impact across K-12 settings. This contract role offers the flexibility to craft your own weekly schedule as you support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with high caseloads throughout the district. Assignments may involve commuting between up to three campuses within the week, providing valuable communication therapy and supporting students growth.

Youll collaborate closely with assigned SLPs, delivering direct therapy, gathering data, and reinforcing treatment plans across diverse student populations. The role is designed for individuals who thrive on flexibility and autonomy in organizing their work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLPA license required
• Experience working with K-12 student populations highly preferred
• Strong rapport-building and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse school settings and multitask between campuses
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Comfort with travel/commuting within the district

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students as guided by the supervising SLP
• Collect, document, and report on student progress and session data
• Implement established therapy plans and individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Organize your weekly schedule based on campus assignments and therapy needs
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements and ethical standards
