Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant positions are available for the 20262027 school year, working across multiple school sites. You'll join a welcoming team dedicated to delivering quality speech and language services to elementary, middle, or high school students in a supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina SLPA license required (must be maintained throughout assignment)
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for partnering with educators, therapists, and families
  • Flexible and comfortable managing a diverse caseload across multiple age groups
  • Ability to work onsite and travel between assigned school locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by an ASHA-certified SLP
  • Support students with communication needs in group and individual settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to foster generalization of speech goals
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and ongoing professional development
