This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) who are ready to bring expertise and enthusiasm to multiple elementary, middle, or high school sites. The position is scheduled from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, providing stability throughout the academic year.

As a valued SLPA in this setting, youll collaborate with educators, families, and licensed SLPs to deliver targeted interventions and assistance that foster student progress in speech and language. Your contribution will directly support students academic and social success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Adaptability and professionalism in varied school environments
• Commitment to working onsite; remote options are not available
• Willingness to work with diverse student populations across multiple campuses

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapeutic activities for students
• Document student progress and session outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to help students achieve IEP goals
• Foster a positive learning atmosphere across different campuses and grade levels
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as needed
