Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based opportunity in Hartford, CT!

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication goals.

  • Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.

  • Must meet Connecticut's applicable requirements for SLPA employment and supervision.

  • Previous school-based experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
