Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA licensure in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or in a K-12 educational setting is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined by IEPs, under the guidance of a licensed SLP
• Assist with screening, assessment, and data collection
• Support students in developing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with supervising SLP and educational staff
• Adapt activities and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
