Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLPA licensure required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and instructions from supervising SLPs
  • Adaptability and a collaborative approach to working with students and educators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP
  • Implement individual or small group therapy activities according to students IEPs
  • Collect data and document student progress for ongoing assessment
  • Assist with creating, preparing, and organizing therapy materials
  • Support communication needs in classroom settings and collaborate with teachers and staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to help tailor therapy approaches
