Sunbelt Staffing is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school-based team in Henrico, VA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an SLPA who is passionate about supporting students' communication and language development. With multiple caseload options available, the district will work with candidates during the interview process to determine the assignment that best aligns with their background and experience.

What You'll Do
Provide speech and language services to students under the appropriate supervision.
Support students with a variety of communication and language needs.
Implement individualized treatment strategies and activities.
Monitor and document student progress.
Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and other school professionals.
Participate in educational team meetings as appropriate.
Help students build communication skills that support their academic and social success.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

What We're Looking For
Active Virginia SLPA License required.
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and related service professionals.
Passion for helping students develop their communication skills.
