Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLPA license required
• Prior experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language support services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for speech and language
• Collect and document student data on progress and service delivery
• Consult regularly with teachers, families, and team members to ensure successful service
• Prepare and utilize activities, materials, and strategies that foster communication development
• Serve as a positive resource within the educational community
