Role Responsibilities:

• Support the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, targeting speech and language development
• Accurately document student progress and maintain records according to school and state guidelines
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student goals and interventions
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and communicative school culture
