Qualifications
- Active FL DOH SLPA license required
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Familiarity with documentation and therapy planning software
- Completion of fingerprinting and credentialing per Florida state guidelines (transfer of prior credentials possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students (caseload of 50-55) across several elementary and middle schools in the Fort Myers area
- Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists and educational staff to optimize treatment plans
- Document progress and report regularly on student outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, IEP planning, and family communications
