Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Colorado SLPA license
  • Experience working with early childhood and/or elementary-aged children is highly desired
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of speech/language needs within a school setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Capacity for teamwork with SLPs, teachers, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement therapy activities to address student IEP goals
  • Track student progress and assist with necessary documentation
  • Prepare engaging materials to support student learning
  • Collaborate with educators and families to encourage carryover of skills
  • Support classroom success for early childhood and elementary school students
