What were looking for:
- Active Missouri SLPA licensure
- Full-time availability is preferred
- Prior pediatric and/or school-based SLPA experience is highly valued
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic, student-focused atmosphere
Role responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Supporting students speech and communication goals in individual or group settings
- Implementing lesson plans and therapy activities
- Collecting data and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, SLPs, and parents to ensure the success of each student
- Adhering to all state and federal regulations and school policies
