Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Florida SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel across the entire county as part of your regular responsibilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, student-centered attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K12 students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of students from various backgrounds and schools
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning as needed
