A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Fayetteville, NC, supporting students across multiple school sites including elementary, middle, and high schools. This contract position runs through May 22, 2026, offering consistent weekday hours and the chance to work directly with diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support licensed Speech Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services to students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under direct supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each student.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to foster student communication skills.
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed within the district.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active North Carolina SLPA license.
- Experience working within school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple school locations.
- Commitment to on-site work with flexibility for necessary travel between schools.
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina
This position offers a structured workweek with 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be ready to begin as soon as possible and remain through the contract end date.
