Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (required)
• Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with speech and language IEP goals and data tracking
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage a dynamic, multi-site caseload
• Commitment to onsite-only services for the duration of the contract
• Enthusiastic and supportive approach to working one-on-one or in small groups with students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans and interventions developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support students progress through direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Collect and document data on student performance and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support students communication development
• Assist in screening and assessment protocols as directed
• Maintain timely records and contribute to IEP meetings when requested
