Job Description

A school-based position is available for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support students across multiple educational levels including elementary, middle, and high school sites. This full-time role spans the academic year from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a typical workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student welfare and communication development.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active North Carolina SLPA license.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite during regular school hours.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location:

  • Fayetteville, North Carolina Multiple school sites within the school district.
