Minimum Qualifications:
- Active CT Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license or equivalent education/experience
- Experience supporting K-12 students preferred
- Proven ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Support the speech-language pathologist in delivering therapy to diverse student groups
- Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Foster positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
