Step into an exciting opportunity making a real difference in students' lives as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) on a contract basis. We're searching for three dedicated SLPAs to help support communication development across several schools near Englewood, CO, starting August 12, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Two full-time positions (37.5 hours per week) offer the chance to work collaboratively with both elementary and middle school students, while one part-time role (three days per week) focuses on providing support at the middle and high school levels.
Your day will be spent in just one building each, allowing you to foster meaningful relationships with students and staff alike. Each caseload is thoughtfully divided: the full-time roles work between Highlands Ranch and Parker, serving elementary and middle schoolers, while the part-time spot is split between a middle and high school in Castle Rock and Parker.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Strong background or experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and families
- Commitment to supporting students speech and language growth
Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans designed by SLPs
- Support students individually and in small groups
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
