Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathology Assistants interested in making a difference in students lives near Englewood, CO. We are seeking three contract SLPAs to support local schools for the '26-'27 academic year. Two full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) and one part-time role (three days weekly) are available, offering a balance of collaboration, growth, and flexibility.
With the full-time positions, youll engage with a dynamic caseload split between elementary and middle school students in two communities, while the part-time role provides variety working with middle and high school students. Each role ensures stability, as youll be based in just one building.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Compassion for students of varying ages and backgrounds
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Strong organizational skills for caseload management and documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support speech-language pathologists in delivering direct therapy to students
- Implement IEP goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Conduct group and individual sessions, adapting activities as needed
- Accurately document student progress and maintain records
- Communicate effectively with educators and families
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
