Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Ability to implement therapy plans under the direction of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Flexibility when working with diverse student needs
• Proficient in documentation and progress reporting

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering direct speech and language therapy services to students as guided by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Support assessment activities and help document student progress
• Modify and prepare therapy materials and activities suitable for individual or group needs
• Maintain clear records, data logs, and progress notes according to school and district guidelines
• Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce therapy goals in the classroom setting
• Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as required
