School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) K5
We are seeking a caring and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support K5 students in a school-based setting. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, the SLPA will assist in providing speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication skills necessary for academic and social success.
Responsibilities
- Implement speech and language therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP
- Provide direct support to K5 students in individual and small group settings
- Assist with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and AAC goals
- Collect data and document student progress during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and follow IEP guidelines and district policies
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Active state SLPA license/certification
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
